During online booking on the Turkish Airlines website or app, after selecting your flights and entering passenger details, you reach the payment step. Enter your card details first - the coupon field stays locked until you do - then open "Enter your coupon code" and apply your code in the "Coupon Code" box. Promotional codes apply a discount to the base fare (excluding taxes and airport surcharges) and cannot be combined with certain other promotional rates.

Yes, Turkish Airlines offers student discounts through the Miles&Smiles loyalty program. Verified students aged 12–34 on international routes can get up to 15% off international flights with transit in Türkiye and up to 20% off domestic flights in Türkiye. Benefits also include a 40 kg baggage allowance (or 2x23 kg piece allowance on qualifying routes) and one free change for international flights without penalty (fare differences may apply). To access the discount, submit a student verification request under your Miles&Smiles account and select "Student" as the passenger type during booking.

Turkish Airlines runs the Miles&Smiles frequent flyer program. Members earn Miles on flights with Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance partners, as well as on hotel bookings, car rentals, and co-branded credit cards. Accumulated Miles can be redeemed for award flights, cabin upgrades, seat selection, extra baggage, or products in the Shop&Miles portal. The program features four membership tiers—Classic, Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus—providing additional privileges such as lounge access, priority check-in, and extra baggage allowances.

Yes, Turkish Airlines sells digital Gift Cards on its website in various themes (e.g., birthdays, holidays). You can manage cancellations and request refunds through the "Manage Booking" tool on the Turkish Airlines website and mobile app. Full refunds without cancellation deductions are provided for eligible tickets canceled within 24 hours of booking. If Turkish Airlines cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or free rebooking.
